News & Events PECG's misinformation on Presidio Parkway P3 is a disservice to San Francisco's citizens ACEC California condemned the shoddy “public disservice” campaign of misinformation launched by the Professional Engineers in California Government (PECG), which aims at stopping an important and badly needed public-private partnership (P3). The project, called the Presidio Parkway, will improve traffic mobility and public safety in the San Francisco approach to the Golden Gate Bridge.
