ACEC California actively promotes the continuing education of members and their staff. In doing so, ACEC California offers a number of educational seminars aimed at providing attendees with new and useful industry information.

ACEC California also actively promotes the professional development of employees within member firms by offering certificates of recognition  to qualifying professional engineers and land surveyors.

In addition, ACEC California annually bestows deserving firms with a Professional Development Award, reaches out to students in order to encourage more engineers and surveyors to enter the profession, and promotes the use of qualifications-based selection.
